Q: Is Dexcom G7 better than G6?
A: G7 is smaller, warms up faster, and is easier to apply. Both are accurate.
Q: Is G7 always accurate?
A: Mostly yes. Small differences can happen right after insertion or during fast changes in blood sugar.
Q: Why is Omnipod 5 better than Dash or Eros?
A: Omnipod 5 adjusts insulin automatically with Dexcom G6 and G7, while Dash and Eros do not.
Q: Can you use Omnipod 5 with just the app and no U.S. prescription?
A: A prescription is required in the U.S. Rules may differ internationally.
Q: Does the Omnipod 5 app work on an iPhone?
A: Yes, recently Insulet added the ability for Omnipod 5 app to work on both iPhone (iOS) and android phones. An Omnipod 5 Controller is also another option.
Q: Are expired products safe to use?
A: Yes, they are safe to use up to about 2-3 years past the expiration date. They are significant less expensive (20-40% less than unexpired items) and we fully guarantee them to work (refund/replacement). This option helps make managing your diabetes more affordable and many customers have requested and rely on the use of expired products to manage their health. But as always, it is a personal preference and decision.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to many countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, South Korea, and Japan. The only exception is no shipping to Mexico. Delivery times usually range from 4-7 business days using DHL or UPS typically.
Q: How long does U.S. shipping take?
A: Standard delivery is 2–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes — once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We don’t bill insurance directly, but you can use HSA/FSA cards. Many customers also submit receipts to their insurance for reimbursement.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
A: Contact us within 10 days, and we’ll replace or refund the item.

A: Only unopened, sealed products can be returned due to safety rules.
International Orders
Q: Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
A: Some countries charge import fees or VAT. These are set by local governments and are the buyer’s responsibility. However, we try to help minimize or eliminate customs fees through lower invoicing values.
Q: Can you ship Dexcom and Omnipod products to the Middle East or Asia?
A: Yes — we regularly ship to these regions. Some restrictions may apply.
